Charlotte's B-day Cupcakes
It was Charlotte's 29 + 2 year birthday on the weekend (she hardly even looks a day older than 30), so I made her favourite peanut butter cupcakes with chocolate ganache sprinkled with chopped up pieces of Reese's peanut butter cups. I also took the opportunity to experiment with a new mint frosting topped with a chocolate cupcake, which was a hit with my boyfriend (although, he tends to like everything)!
